“All birds find shelter during a rain. But Eagle avoids rain
by flying above the cloud. Problems are common but attitude makes the
difference!!!”

- A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
These were the lines from a great person, a person who
dedicated his whole life for serving this nation, serving the commons and
serving the humanity. Born in a very poor family, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam proved
all of us that if you really have desire to do something great in your life
then nothing can stop you from doing it. He proved the world that however big
the challenges might be in your life, but your attitude, commitment and
determination have the power to overcome all those challenges.
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s life is an example for all of us. From
a newspaper boy to the President of India, this man never gave the control of
his dreams to the worse conditions that were trying to surround him. His
achievements are miraculous. He was awarded Bharat Ratna, Padma Bhushan and
Padma Vibhushan. Yet, no award can define his greatness.
He always stood by the side of the nation which was every
time reflected during his decisions while he was serving as the President of
India. And that is why he is also called People’s President. He was a
man with a great knowledge, carrying a desire to do better for the country.
He has played so many roles in his life for serving this
country and shaping it for the better future. Scientist. President. Teacher.
Writer. He was all in one man. People often call him the Missile Man of
India because of his outstanding work in the field of defence research.
He was always committed for teaching. He believed that good
knowledge and education can lead this nation towards a bright future. He took
his last breath in IIM Shillong while he was giving a lecture. This itself is
enough to prove the fact that how much dedicated he was for serving the people
of the nation.
It’s been a year since we have lost this man. And no one can
ever forget him for the work he has done for our country. For there is no
country without its leader and there is no leader without his people. No
tribute would be enough for that man. And no one could ever forget what kind of
a person he was!
Sir, you will always be there in our memories. Your thoughts
and vision have shown us a new path which could lead this nation to a better
place. And your work has become immortal for us!
“If you fail, never give up
because F.A.I.L. means “First Attempt In Learning”
End is not
the end, in fact E.N.D. means “Effort Never Dies”
If you get No
as an answer, remember N.O. means “Next Opportunity”
So let’s be
positive!”
